What this site collects
Two things, and only when you choose to give them:
- Your email address, if you sign up for the newsletter, request the free Life OS Map worksheet, or apply to be an early reader. These forms are handled by Beehiiv.
- Basic, privacy-respecting analytics about page visits, such as which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors come from, collected by Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites.
If you use the contact or speaking form, it opens your own email app so you can send a message directly. The site itself does not store what you write.
How your information is used
- To send the newsletter and occasional updates about the book, including launch news.
- To deliver the free worksheet after you confirm your subscription.
- To select and communicate with early readers.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is doing so it can be improved.
Your email is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising.
Who else is involved
- Beehiiv stores and sends email on my behalf. See the Beehiiv privacy policy for how they handle data.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and provides the privacy-respecting analytics.
- No advertisers. There are no ad networks, no retargeting pixels, and no data brokers.
Your rights
- You can unsubscribe from any email at any time using the link at the bottom of every message.
- You can ask me to show you what data I have about you, or to delete it, by emailing mahmoud@betterwitheveryloop.com. I will honor the request promptly.
GDPR and CCPA
The data collected here is minimal: only your email address plus anonymous analytics. Wherever you live, including the EU under GDPR and California under the CCPA, you have the right to request access to your data and to request its deletion. To exercise either right, email the address below and I will take care of it.
